In Zeek's history, he mentions his brother, a fellow mutant that willingly goes to the army.
Charlie Fulgidus is Zeek's younger brother, but by no means does that say that Charlie is any weaker than Zeek, some might argue he's stronger.
However, while Zeek leads with his mind, Charlie leads with his power. Charlie is a powerful mutant with an ice ability.
Zeek and Charlie have a broken bond between them, and I'd love to have Charlie here for the two to role play together. I think it'd be fun and something a lot of people, other than Zeek, can get involved in.
