The Scientist's plan in kissing him back didn't work to it's fullest effect. While Zeek was a little stunned, his grip didn't dull, but the glinting sparks beneath his skin certainly did. The force she was using took his concentration away from focusing on the pulsing electricity. But only for a moment.
His eyes returned to their glinting formality. He needed breath though, she he pulled back, struggling to ignore the strands of saliva that hung from his lips to hers. Don't get him wrong, he was still clinging onto the woman's wrists, his body still pressed to Alison's, but his head was just tilted upwards. Zeek looked down at her, his hips pinned to hers.
With Alison thinking he'd react like a typical piggish man, she might've been surprised that he wasn't actually forcing his tongue down her throat in reaction. Zeek wrinkled his pointed nose, quickly finding himself in a sticky situation.

Ali was indeed shocked that the experiment didn’t respond how she had been expecting. She also was a little irritated. This irritation was mostly due to the fact that her plan hadn’t worked, but also a bit of it was because this experiment didn’t seem interested in her sexually. What, did he think he was too good for her? Did he think himself so high and mighty? Ali returned the glare, hating this experiment more and more.
When the kiss was broken, Ali breathed in a bunch of air, quickly trying to catch her breath. She breathed in heavy breaths, deciding not to bite his nose off because she didn’t want to taste the blood at that moment. She was pressed against the alley wall and as she caught her breath she attempted to come up with a way to get out of all of this. She turned her gaze back to the experiment quickly, though, sending him her worst glare as the little strings of saliva dissipated between them, thankfully.
“Let. Me. Go,” she hissed at him, clenching her fists and uselessly attempting to break free. She couldn’t believe the amount of hatred she felt towards this man – no, he wasn’t a man, he was an experiment. An experiment – at that moment and she longed for the freedom of her body so she could show him just how much she hated him.

Zeek had been looking away, almost to the side to avoid the glare of the woman. He was struggling to think of things to do, and there was only one idea in his mind. "Trust me, I want to, but I also want to live." Zeek snapped his neck to the left, swaying his lilac fringe out of his face. "I want to get away, and you don't want me to kiss you again, I assume. So..Wanna call some sort of truce or something?" Zeek was well aware of the fact that she could agree then shoot him. And truthfully, that's what he was expecting.
The adult man's nose twitched, shaking out the sparks of lightning he felt he no longer needed. "I'll leave, you'll leave me alone and we'll act like this never happened?" He offered feebly, doubting the woman would agree.
Taking a risk, Zeek very slowly slid his hand up to grab onto hers, attempting to ease the gun out of her palm as he kept her plastered against the wall for his own safety. He'd work on getting the other in a moment.

Ali continued to glare at the experiment as he explained his plan to her. A truce? Ali gritted her teeth at the idea of bargaining a deal with this stupid experiment…. But she really didn’t have any other choice at this point. She did pause, though, and consider what little options she had. She could attempt to attack the experiment and overpower him, but at this point she didn’t have the strength or ability to. She could try for the innocent, begging act but he probably wouldn’t have believe her innocent and she never was one to beg; too proud.
When the experiment reached up to her hand, grasping it and attempting to slip the gun out of it, Ali suddenly tightened her grip on it and closed her eyes in anger, fuming. Slowly, though, she started to relinquish her grip until she wasn’t even attempting to hold onto the thing. At this point she turned her gaze back to the experiments and even though she was going along with his little truce and her glare’s intensity had decreased ever so slightly, she did look at him sternly.
“The next time I see you I won’t hesitate to kill you, do you realize that?” she questioned in a steady voice, speaking the full truth. “I will not falter and you damn well know that I’ll be able to do it. I’m agreeing to this now because I have no other choice.” She couldn’t help but chuckle slightly, once, shaking her head a bit. “You would’ve been quite fun to see on my lab table.”
Of course, Ali was never one to fully give up on anything. She was a good actress, that was true, but she was also a good manipulator. Behind her back, her hold on the other gun tightened slightly.

Zeek leered down at her, now holding her gun, he hated the feel of the weapon and threw it to the side carelessly. He didn't care for the other gun, he still had her pinned. But yes, he was still male, and her comment had made his brutal male reactions kick in. "Are you sure you didn't just want me to be fun and on your bed?" Feeble Zeek, feeble. Although now he felt as though he couldn't turn away, couldn't back down from the bold statement he had just made.
A flick of the hair, his body still close to hers as he stood. "Still, if you want me on said table, then you're free to try your luck, but you know deep down in that little sadistic skull of yours that I'll just keep besting, much like I have today." Zeek stated, bravely standing against her.

Ali winced as her gun was thrown to recklessly to the side. She had worked hard on those and it angered her that this damn experiment would just throw it away so carelessly. She was still pinned to the wall, but if she wasn’t she would’ve smacked him in a second. How dare he be so reckless! She paused in her anger, however, and it quickly turned to pure hatred. She turned her gaze back to the experiment from her gun and sent him her best glare. Was he really implying what she believed he was?
“How dare you,” she seethed, rolling her eyes angrily. She moved the hand now free from his grasp up and cupped his chin forcefully, smirking evilly at him. “And sorry pretty boy, but you’re not my type. And if I really did want you in my bed I could get you there easily.”

The tall man smirked down at her. "Of course I'm not, whatever floats your boat." Were Zeek's words as he turned away from her suddenly, tearing his chin from her grip, her sharp nails and her piercing gaze. Zeek had learned, walking away from an oppenent after challenging them could have quite the amusing consequences. Of course, the mood Zeek was in, anything was amusing to him.
A flick of his glinting purple hair as he began walking away, unaware of the dangers she held in her other conealed gun. Zeek reflected, as he trod lightly actually a little hungry, and decided to go to the Sushi place. The food there was splendid. He also reflected upon the fact that her anger had put him in danger, and danger was never good. But her danger, her danger was not only a little entrancing, but risky and brutish. It was fun.

Ali couldn’t help but grin ever so slightly behind the smirk that continued to grace her features. She caught herself about to say something a little… well, flirty, screaming at herself for being stupid. Thankfully the experiment turned away from her, releasing her from her restraints, and started walking away. But he had challenged her and Ali was never one to back down from a challenge. The moment she was free, Ali quickly and quietly went up behind the experiment and placed her second gun right on the center of the back of his neck, through his long hair.
“Peek-a-boo,” she whispered into his ear, having to slightly stand up tiptoe to reach it, the hand not holding her gun holding on lightly to his forearm. She grinned wildly as she cocked her gun, which made a loud clang that echoed off of the alley walls.
Now, the fact that she hadn’t pulled the trigger yet was something else indeed. Ali never hesitated unless she was getting something out of doing it. Normally she would’ve pulled the trigger immediately and blown out this damn, angering, enticing experiment’s brains, but she wasn’t. Instead she was continuing to play with him. She found herself faintly lulling over the fact that he was quite an interesting adversary and that he definitely was a likable enemy. He was an interesting prospect, that’s for sure.

Zeek smiled as the cool touch of a gun touched his skin through his locks of hair. Of course she had another gun. Zeek shook his head with a small breathless laugh. Idiot, walking away from a previously armed woman was beyond dumb.
"Hello again," Zeek's lilac eyes glanced over his shoulder, he smirked. "Titch." He was aware that she was an average sized woman, and he was just tall, but he just couldn't resist.
He was left unaware on her thoughts on his self, but he really wasn't in the place to be thinking of that. He wasn't in the correct place to be thinking of much else other than how to get away from the gun. Still..He couldn't resist playing with the woman.

Ali wanted to shoot. She really, really wanted to shoot this experiment, drag him back to her lab, and start dissecting him. She wanted to see that shocked expression that she loved so dearly when he realized that their game was over and he wasn’t going to win. She wanted to kill him and let all the blood out. She wanted to walk away without any remorse or any feelings except for the giddiness of having a new toy.
But she didn’t.
Or rather, she couldn’t. Ali didn’t know why, but she couldn’t bring herself to pull the trigger. She wanted to, desperately, but she couldn’t. She was smiling now, half because she had the experiment stuck and half because she was enjoying his presence. She mentally shook her head, cursing herself. What was she thinking? This was just a goddamned experiment, nothing more. She shouldn’t be having so much fun. She should hate him. She should hate him so much that she showed no mercy whatsoever.
But even though she didn’t shoot him, she didn’t pull her gun away and she didn’t loosen her hold on his forearm. She just stood there for a moment, trying to get her bearings. What was she doing? She was Alison Cross, the greatest, most sadistic, evil scientist out there. What was she doing just standing here having a chat with an experiment and enjoying his company. No!
“You’re annoying,” she finally mumbled out, mentally kicking herself for the lame comeback and the whiny sort of tone her voice had taken up during the short sentence. Really? “You’re annoying”? That was the best she could do? Well, it was true…

Zeek looked over his shoulder at her, unblinking, but with the hint of amusement in his features. The tiniest of upturnings in the corners of his lips, the faintest sparkle in his debonair eyes. There was no longer any tense sensation in his body or mind. She hadn't shot him, she was hesitating. Zeek was beginning to find this a little funny, oh yes, today was one of his crueller days.
"Annoying or no, how come you haven't blown my throat out? How come you haven't taken me back to your lab? Or..Maybe you're finding this a little too..Oh I don't know, intriguing?" Was Zeek's little speech.
In a bizarre way, Alison and Zeek were very common. They both liked to play, they were both besting one another at some point and - they were both charming in their own little annoying way.

Ali… smiled. She couldn’t help it. She hated it, but she was truly enjoying this time with Ze- the experiment. She smiled and chuckled lightly, shaking her head a bit in amusement at herself, while also hating this experiment with a heated passion. She thought for a moment, dictating what the best course of action was. It was, of course, to knock the experiment out with the butt of her gun and then drag him back to her lab. That was the best thing to do right now. That’s what she was going to do. She was going to stay up long hours of the night experimenting on him after quickly knocking him out in the confines of the alley.
“How about some sushi?” Alright, nevermind.
Ali knew that at this point she was too far in to really, honestly take him back to her lab. Perhaps later in the night, however, she would feel a little better about it. Perhaps after eating a nice meal at what she would consider a nice restaurant she would feel better about all of this. Perhaps after having a deep conversation with this young man she would feel better about dissecting him. Perhaps.
“I’m not taking no for an answer,” she continued quickly, putting her gun back in its holster and moving so that their arms were hooked once more. She started walking, pulling him along with her, and headed out of the alleyway. She may have been folding to his wants for her not to kill or kidnap him, but she was still in charge here…. Well, she thought so at least.

Zeek couldn't prevent the small snort of surprise. "I knew you couldn't wait to ask me out." Zeek stated smugly, just as she stoo by her side and said her next words. "Confident." He stated childishly as they began walking.
She had no reason to tug him along, Zeek had no intention of pulling away. This entire scenario was amusing to him, and he was interested in seeing where it would go.
He didn't say anything else though, as they walked, the tiniest of smiles on his face. He was..amused, and intrigued. Minutes ago they were about to fight for his life. Fewer moments ago they were kissing, albeit not as passionately as a stereotypical man could ask for. And now they were going for a meal. Surely..that was in the wrong order?

“Yes, I am,” Ali replied haughtily, noting silently that the experiment wasn’t needing any real force to have him walking beside her towards the sushi place. She ever so slightly tightened her grip on his arm, though not too much, and she really didn’t know why.
As they stepped out into the light of the streets, Ali glanced over at the experiment she was walking with. He intrigued her much more than any other experiment ever had, that’s for sure, and he even beat out quite a few regular people as well. For Ali, that was saying something. He was witty, something Ali always admired, and he was amusing. Ali faintly noted that if he were not an experiment and if she didn’t hate him, she could grow to really like this experiment. But he was an experiment and she did hate him… right?
“Alright experiment,” she said to him as they stepped through the doorway of the sushi place and waited to be seated, still arm-in-arm. “How about you tell me a bit about yourself.”
It wasn’t really a question.

Zeek looked down at her. That wasn't really a question a scientist had ever asked him. He shook his head, a little amused at the situation. "When I was seven, your guys took my brother and I, then some scientists did what they had to do, and we were released to make our own little way. He went to the army, I traveled." Zeek made a small 'uhm' ing noise as he thought.
They were seated as they spoke. "Ah, yeah, I'm a purple haired twenty one year old obsessed with reading. Good enough summary for you, Alison?" Zeek finished, sat across from her, his palms pressed together, his eyes peering over his knuckles at the young woman.
