Among the many trees of the park, one particular one shaded the presence of an agent. Zander, one of the most feared of the agents. The figure leaned against the tree with hands in his pockets near his loaded pistols. He was on a hunt tonight. Mutants have become much more of a challenge to find nowadays. This little fact didn't go well with the scientists. They were impatient, wanting to test out their new experiment ideas. They even threatened some of the agents they would experiment upon them if they didn't achieve well suited patients. He was one of the few who were threatened though of course, he didn't worry. He'd kill them before they had the chance to touch him.
A gentle breeze picked up as the night air began to cool. His white hair flowed with the breeze, exposing his dark red eyes. He had heard rumors of some strange things taking place here at the park. So he decided he would check it out for himself. He wasn't particullarly fond of retrieving humans because they were quite easy. Mutants on the other hand can prove to be fun at times. He loved to tease them. Make them feel like their on top of the world then shoot them down and watch their shocked and distressed expression as they realized they wouldn't be able to escape. But you could never really tell by looks alone. He never really showed emotion you see.
After a while of waiting and no sight of mutants, Zane closed his eyes and sighed. "Well this is dissapointing..." He was truly hoping for some excitement while he was out. Back at headquaters, surrounded by a bunch of idiots, was rather annoying and he really didn't want to have to go back so early.
[OOC; Your character wont be killed or anything if you join xD So don't be scared about jumping in ]

Zeek was in the park that night. He had gone to the book shop, hunting a book that was thick in size, but endless in intelligence. The young man yearned to seep the knowledge from the book, but alas! He had had no luck. The book was unheard of, and apparently very very hard to find. Zeek had decided upon possibly searching the internet for the book. But even then he had very little money, so he couldn't exactly pay for Postage and Packaging. Let alone internet bills.
He sighed as he walked over the crunching grass. It was almost as if there was a layer of frost dancing over the grass, it wasn't real though, there was no frost. Perhaps he was just imagining it. Either way, the crunch he had heard reminded him of his brother Charlie. Wherever that man was now, he hoped he was safe.
Zeek kicked a can, in his way. And due to not controlling his abilities, small sparks flew. The twenty one year old had been a little angry, and with power over weather, his lightning had sparked with the metal of the can. He paid this no attention and kept walking. Surely no one would have seen, and even if they had, they would've thought it a trick of the light. Of course, it being night, there wasn't much light other than a few street lamps a little way away.
He sighed as he sat upon a park bench, his elbows on his knees, his mind fogged over with thoughts of not only his brother, but his book too. "Goodness me.." He mumbled, purple eyes shut.

After a few moments of silence, Zander opened his eyes and looked around once more. Unlike the other agents, he didn't have the freedom they had. Because of his rebellious ways, he had a curfew of sorts. If he didn't return at that certain hour or even contact them, the chip they infused in his neck would send a tremendous shock throughout his body. Then other agents would be sent to retrieve him. Not very fun.
The agent pulled out the cell he was provided with and looked at the time. He had about an hour to spare before he should start heading back. But what the hell could he do out here?
Just as he was emerging from the dark shadows of the tree, he caught the glimpse of sparks. Zane cocked a brow and watched closely, making out the figure of the man as he made his way towards a park bench. Looks as if he were about to give up too soon.
As soon as the man took a seat, Zander made his way forward rather casually. Why not? It wasn't like he was scared of this guy or anything.

Zeek heard noise, it wasn't a loud noise, but it was noise. And like any, self-respecting, life-enjoying mutant, he was very cautious about any noise he heard at night. The least he needed was to walk into an agent. Although, a part of him always hoped that one day, if he ever bumped into an agent, he'd find his brother in doing. The chances were..Far beyond slim. But Zeek was optimistic, he hoped that one day that slim chance would still sprout into something. No signs of any sprouting yet, though.
As he looked up, and tore away from the thoughts that often consumed him, he saw a white haired man strolling towards him. It was enough to put him on edge. And in doing so, the air around him became humid and a little stuffy, as if he were in a cramped room. Since when did strangers walk towards one another as if about to start a conversation? Especially with such a casual manner.
Zeek considered his options. Get up and run away? No, too suspicious. Smile warmly? No, too creepy. Sit and wait? ...Might work. So Zeek sat, and, seeming as blunt as possible, stared at the white haired fellow moving forward.

He had to admit, he was a little surprised the man didn't get up and run for it. Either he was naive or simply careless. Even a human would feel threatened if some complete stranger walked up to them. It made them feel insecure. Nervous even.
Zander finally made it to the bench but made no move to sit down. Instead, he looked down to the current target with no hint of emotion. It was extremely difficult to read the man. He used it to his advantage. After a few moments of silence, he decided to go on and investigate further.
"What are you doing out here," he spoke, his voice cold and by no means welcoming. He already assumed this man was in fact a mutant but it would be a good idea to figure it out and be sure. For his sake anyway. He didn't want to get his hopes up for a good fight and end up beating him down with one blow.

Zeek looked to the white haired man. "Is it not legal for me to sit in the park for a bit of fresh air?" He asked, eyes narrowing. It might have looked dangerously stupid, but it was reflexive. He found this man as predatory, and it was putting him even more on edge. In fact, Zeek's nerves were proving him to be lying. The fresh air he had sat around was in fact becoming heated and stiff. Much like Zeek's mind. "I could..Could ask you the same thing." Zeek stated firmly, moving to stand. He was tall, and often used it to intimidate people. But Zeek himself was already quite intimidated. White hair, strict mannerisms and red eyes do not make for a friendly person.
Zeek was a slight above the white haired man, and was tempted to sprint for it. But even then, something told him he'd be cornered.

"It's legal. Just rather unexpected at this hour. This place isn't known to be very safe at night," he replied in his usual manner. 'And certainly not tonight,' he added mentally. Yes he was a rather fierce opponent. Others who faced him could assure you of that. That is, if they were alive anyway which was rather rare.
"I could..Could ask you the same thing."
He watched the man as he stood but remained calm as ever. "My presence here is out of pure curiosity. Like I said, this place isn't known for it's safety. And seeing you out here rose my suspicion."
As Zander stood there, he began to wonder about this man. What would he do now? Run? Wouldn't be very far. Chat? The agent certainly wasn't in the mood. Attack? Sounded fun. He could have checked into the future for his answer but why waste energy? He would find out soon enough. He sensed a bit of tension in the man.
It was only a matter of time.

"I assure you, I'll be safe. Of course it's no concern of yours." Zeek's tone had changed from intimidated to cold and snooty. This man was suspecting him? Of what?! Zeek was going to find this out.
Zeek literally looked down his nose at the man. "I'm suspicious?! How dare you?" Zeek almost snarled. He had had a bad day, and was now taking it out on this stranger. Although, in doing so, his anger was becoming more obvious, and not just in his voice. The air around him was crackling, a thunder storm would end up around him if he didn't cool down. And he couldn't seem himself doing that at that moment in time.

"I assure you, I'll be safe. Of course it's no concern of yours."
Though he heard the snooty and cold tone, his expression never changed. He was amused though by how quick the man changed moods. He was getting a bit aggressive now wasn't he? Perhaps he'll get a little fight out of this after all.
"I'm suspicious?! How dare you?"
Red eyes narrowed slightly this time. But that's when he noticed the change in the air. "How dare I, huh?" Zander crossed his arms over his chest looking up to the slightly taller man. "Have I insulted you," he continued, cocking a questioning brow.
He would let that sink in for a moment before he'd push the man a bit. Get this show on the road. He didn't have much time before he'd have to get out of there and head back to headquarters. It would be such a shame to miss out on the chance for a fight. "What are you going to do about it?"

Zeek glared down at the white haired fool in front of him. For someone to challenge him like that, how could he refuse? "Yes, you have insulted me. I am doing nothing but taking a night time stroll and you assume I'm up to something?!" Zeek raged, his hair crackling at the ends, air was beginning to swirl around him also. The twenty one year old often got irritated, and that just made him crackle. But when angry, he'd end up causing a storm. In many more ways than one.
Zeek took an edgey step forward, until he was much closer to the man. "I am warning you, step down of your high-horse." Zeek's hair was still crackling, and you could see it in his glinting eyes now. The anger of a false accusation burning the midnight oil he was running on.

Interesting. This guy was very easy to tease. This was going to be fun for the white haired man. A certain thing he definitely required after so long. Yeah, life had been rather dull for him. Some mutants managed to supply but most of the time, they were just too easy. He had yet to meet a worthy opponent. Perhaps this hotheaded fellow could meet up to it?
As the man stepped forward and threatened him, Zander merely looked up to him rather boringly. He was by no means fazed by the threat. Threats were simply warnings of which he never used. He promised a foe they were going to regret it.
The wind picked up and swirled around the angered man, proving his assumptions to be correct. He was in fact, a mutant. Knowing this fact gave him the ability to not hold back. "Oh really," he finally questioned, the coldness of his tone could send a chill down someone's spine. "Make me, mutant."

Zeek leered at the man. He had had just about enough. Tonight was not a night to tease him, and this man was really trying to egg him on. If Zeek were in a better mood, he'd have calmly faced the situation and exited the scenario as best he could. But with the loss of a novel unfound, Zeek's temper was far beyond simmering now.
"I'll make you wish you hadn't said that." Zeek growled, the lightning evident in his eyes. He took a step forward, his hand pressing into the stranger's chest to push him backwards. Zeek now had enough space to do what he had planned. He felt no need to hold back his powers now, the man knew he was a mutant. And Zeek assumed the white haired opposer was an Agent, or something. Zeek's purple hair crackled, as did his finger tips as he began summoning a storm, purely just above the two of them. A risky move perhaps, but one enough to urge him on allthe same.

"I'll make you wish you hadn't said that."
Zander simply stared and if it were remotely possible for the emotionless man, he probably would have smirked. Even without emotions, if you knew the man well enough, you'd know he was enjoying himself. Otherwise, this little fight would have been over by now. Who likes to drag something boring out any longer than you have to? He could tell this man had something powerful but he couldn't quite pinpoint what all he was capable of. Which just made things more exciting.
The man put his hand to Zander's chest, pushing him backwards. Upon impact, the Agents eyes suddenly turned into a bright, solid white that glowed eerily in the faint moonlight. He was looking into the future...
He saw the storm that formed above him and the dangers that came of it. The fight would definitely be a challenge. But he was sure he could handle it.
His eyes reverted back to normal as he returned to the present. Zander looked upon the purple-haired mutant, noticing the crackling on the man's hair and fingers. What was the agent going to do? Nothing. Not yet anyway. "Show me what you've got."

Zeek's skin prickled, a sensation he often felt when about to experience a foul burst of energy. His nostril twitched upwards in anger, before he let his head tilt back. It was purely for viewing, his head tilt, but it made it a little easier to summon forward a more powerful charge. "Nngh.." A sound of anguish burst from his chest as he glared upwards into the sky. It was dark, but it was getting darker. The clouds began to swirl, and turned into a gurgling mixture of greys. Zeek braced himself, it always hurt when he did this, and it was something he rarely did. "I plan to show you everything I have tonight, sir." Zeek growled, a cruel burning sensation running through his frame as the clouds above parting, unleashing all that it had held. All the pent up power Zeek had been with holiding. Rain thundered down through the sky, pelting the purple haired man as he let out an angered cry.
As he did so, however, a cry of thunder burst through, it was loud enough to send nesting birds flocking from the trees, and not long after the thunder, a shot of lightning jolted down from the sky. Not only did it come from the sky, it hit Zeek. Usually, this'd be fatal, but Zeek was a mutant, and the burning sensation was one of power. Zeek was feeding his blood, body and soul the enchanted lightning, and once he was filled to the brim, he looked to the man in front of him with a cruel smile on his face.
His entire outline was that of a golden one, every line, every part of his body sparked and wriggled with the electrically charged pounding he had just taken. It was taking a lot of stamina, but he said nothing else. The rain continued to pelt the two, but it seemed completely invisible to Zeek, purely because he had called it, and was calling it to avoid his body. "Try me." He stated, his voice even sounded crackled and charged. And, by hell, it was.

Zander watched the man closely, putting a hand to the gun hidden away at his side. It was for just in-case purposes. He never liked to end a fight so quickly but he sensed the power the guy held and by the view he just had with his second sight, he knew what he was capable of. While he could see the future, that didn't mean he could very well control it. Despite what children are told, you can't make your future successful by human means. Time was uncontrollable. You can fight it and manipulate it all you want but fate was going to catch up on you. So while he saw what this man could do, it wasn't a sure thing. He could simply change his mind if he wanted and the future could change drastically. That's why his ability could be both helpful as well as a hindrance to him.
"I plan to show you everything I have tonight, sir."
"Good... I would have been disappointed otherwise." Just then, he felt the rain as it began to pour down on him. Within seconds, he was completely soaked. The agent looked up to the darkened sky, catching the parting clouds. Then, recalling what happened in his sight, he backed up slightly just as the lightening struck his opponent.
It was quite a sight really. Something very new to the Agent. The man stood before him, glowing with electricity. A human light-bulb. Perhaps he could break easily like one as well. Guess he was about to find out.
For once, the man let a dark smirk break from his emotions. He couldn't help it really, he was happy. This guy was certainly strong. He should put off a great challenge. It was something the blood thirsty agent searched for all along. Hopefully he would not disappoint him.
"Try me."
Zane rubbed his fingers through his ghostly white hair, moving the bangs out of his view. He closed his eyes as he removed his grip from the pistol, deciding to just take the chance to fight without it's aid. Then his eyes opened, the bloody orbs glowing eerily. "With pleasure." With that, he dashed forward tossing a punch that was aimed at the man's chest. Without hesitation, he followed with a roundhouse kick to his face. He was going abnormally fast though for an agent, it was rather normal. He wanted to see how well he could handle it. He himself, however, decided not to use anymore of his sight yet. He wanted to save that energy for when he really needed it.
